Sangeeth Shobhan’s Surprising Take On Mad Square

Sangeeth Shobhan will soon entertain audiences with the horror-comedy Rakasa, which is planned for release in April 2026.

While promoting the film he made an interesting comment about Mad Square. He said that if he had another chance he might not have done the film.

Sangeeth explained that after the success of Mad he was not sure what project to choose next. He felt Mad Square was made too quickly and could have been done in a better way.

He also mentioned that producer Naga Vamsi feels the same. Sangeeth added that the film could have had bigger stakes and more focus on the crime-comedy angle, though some audiences liked it even more than Mad.
